Return Policy

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Exchanges will be accepted, but NO REFUNDS.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by emailing us at info@SarahOtt.com 

Some items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping.  Merchandise must be returned unused and in the original condition. This is determined on a case by case basis.  The exception to this is when the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged.

To start the return process, email us at info@SarahOtt.com  and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange.
